Mr. Mesaros represents clients throughout Ohio in domestic relations matters (divorce, dissolutions, child custody, support, and visitation) and is frequently involved in litigation as counsel or guardian ad litem for children and juveniles.

He also has extensive criminal experience as a prosecuting attorney, defense counsel, and acting judge in local, state, and federal courts in Ohio and several other states at both the trial and appellate levels.

His civil litigation experience includes plaintiff (personal injury and employment matters) and defense cases (corporate, small business, and insurance) in municipal and common pleas courts.

Additionally, he teaches criminal law, evidence, civil procedure, contracts, torts, negotiations skills, and mediation in law schools, graduate and undergraduate programs, and in continuing legal education programs for other attorneys.
